You as a consumer have the right to return the items that have been purchased online (at your own expense and in the original packaging) within 14 days after receipt of your order.

Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and register your return. You will then receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email. When you send your return, always keep your Track & Trace receipt until your return is processed!
The following items will not be accepted and your refund will be withheld:
• PRIVATE boxes of which the hygiene seal is broken
• Damaged and incomplete items
• Used items
Please use for the return shipment the same or a similar box as the one delivered. As soon as we have received and processed the return you will receive a refund from us within 10 working days in the same way as your payment was made. Please make sure that your return package is sufficiently postage paid. Insufficient postage will be deducted from the refund.
We can not exchange items, if you want to exchange an item you have to place a new order on the website with the desired color, size or article. You can return the undesired items.
